• Experience in specialty pharmacy and Board of Pharmacy Specialty Certification preferred.
• Experience with 340B drug program and PGY training preferred.

Aufgaben

• Performs quality assurance of prescriptions and medications to dispense.
• Performs clinical assessments and interventions per protocol.
• Dispenses prescribed medications and supervises packaging/labeling.
• Maintains procedures for QA, controlled substances security, and waste disposal.
• Enters data for patient, medication, and cost to maintain records, billing and inventory.
