Job Description Summary:The Specialty Pharmacy Registered Nurse will be responsible for performing routine and non-routine functions to support patient care management with a focus on continued patient assessments with regard to oral oncology medications and some supportive care medications and the completion of Reassessment forms. The Specialty Pharmacy RN will be part of a comprehensive patient care team that collaborates to manage patient adherence, sides effects of treatment, and improve patient outcomes. Other responsibilities may include assisting the pharmacist team with other patient management activities such as PMP reviews or cross training, as appropriate to a clinical specialist role as directed by the Specialty Pharmacy Nurse Manager and Clinical Pharmacist Manager.
Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.

Standard Core Workdays/Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30AM -5:00PM as assigned by the Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor. Extended weekday hours or occasional Saturday hours per business demand.
