Responsibilities

• Review, research, and resolve data exceptions, discrepancies, validation issues, and escalations.
• Support data operations related to specialty pharmacy and reimbursement programs.
• Validate healthcare data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Work with internal systems and AI-supported tools to process healthcare data.
• Support batch data and file processing, identifying failed or inaccurate records.
• Document findings and resolutions clearly for ongoing issues.
