Job summary

CVS Health in Minnesota is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to support one-on-one patient care, review medication orders, and coordinate with the healthcare team. The role emphasizes clinical assessment, safety, and efficient supply management.

Training and development opportunities are available within a collaborative infusion setting. Required licensure in Minnesota and a PharmD or B.S./D.Pharm degree; willingness to pursue additional licenses as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current license to practice pharmacy in Minnesota.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed (paid for by CVS Health).

Responsibilities

• Build one-on-one relationships with patients and support remote patient care.
• Evaluate patient charts for medication orders, device selection and supply needs.
• Review physician orders for therapeutic appropriateness, cost, safety and completeness.
• Communicate clinical and technical information with physicians and healthcare team.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians in compounding, packaging and labeling of sterile products.
• Assist in training and orientation of new employees and quality initiatives.
