Job summary

CVS Health in Minnesota is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead safe, accurate dispensing and patient care in a fast-paced retail pharmacy. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with state regulations while delivering compassionate service to our customers.

You will provide immunizations, counseling, and collaboration with healthcare teams; ensure inventory control, and contribute to a positive patient experience through proactive problem solving

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and safely, counseling patients and immunizing where permitted.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure compliance and performance.
• Lead daily pharmacy operations during shifts and support inventory management.
