Job summary

Syneos Health in Quincy, MA is seeking a Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to drive growth within a defined territory by executing an integrated business plan and engaging specialty providers.

You will apply scientific knowledge, navigate the reimbursement landscape, and collaborate with Marketing, Payer Relations, Market Access, and MSLs to achieve sales objectives while representing a leading biopharmaceutical solutions organization.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years pharmaceutical or medical device experience required.
  • 2+ years of account-based sales experience with preference in the allergy/respiratory or biologics space.
  • Understanding of Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy distribution modalities preferred.
  • Planning and organizational skills, analytical ability, business acumen, decision making ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.

Responsibilities

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $140,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
