Freedom Dental Health is seeking a Specialty Periodontal Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. You’ll provide advanced periodontal care in a general practice setting, focusing on comprehensive treatment planning and patient outcomes.

You will perform SRP, periodontal maintenance, and collaborate with board-certified periodontists. This role emphasizes ongoing education, lasers use when certified, and building lasting patient relationships to improve oral health.

Qualifications

• Active RDH license in Delaware.
• Experience in periodontal therapy is preferred.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive periodontal assessments.
• Deliver SRP therapy with quadrant-based care.
• Perform periodontal maintenance therapy.
• Monitor disease progression and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients on oral-systemic health connections.
• Collaborate with Periodontists on treatment planning.
• Support surgical cases through maintenance and education.
• Utilize laser therapy for periodontal treatment when certified.
• Build long-term relationships with patients committed to periodontal health.
