Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RDH with periodontal therapy experience.
• Experience with periodontal maintenance and SRP preferred.
• Laser certification is a plus for advanced care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
• Desire for continuous growth and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive periodontal assessments.
• Deliver SRP therapy with quadrant-based care.
• Perform periodontal maintenance therapy.
• Monitor disease progression and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients on oral-systemic health connections.
• Collaborate with Periodontists on planning and case management.
• Support surgical cases through maintenance and education.
• Utilize laser therapy as part of periodontal treatment (certified).
