Freedom Dental Health is seeking a Specialty Periodontal Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team of Periodontists delivering both advanced surgical and non-surgical care. You will conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments, perform SRP with quadrant-based care, and provide ongoing maintenance to patients with periodontal disease.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive periodontal assessments.
• Deliver Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) therapy with quadrant-based care.
• Perform periodontal maintenance therapy.
• Monitor disease progression and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients on oral-systemic health connections.
• Collaborate with Periodontists on treatment planning and case management.
• Support surgical cases through maintenance and patient education.
• Utilize laser therapy as part of periodontal treatment protocols (for certified providers).
• Build long-term relationships with patients committed to improving their periodontal health.
