• Review UB04s, CMS 1500s, and itemized statements for completeness and accuracy.
• Contact employers, payers, and patients for updated claim information.
• Bill clean claims for Medicare, Home Health, Hospice, Corporate, Indian Health, and Liability services.
• Bill secondary insurance when appropriate.
• Work rejection reports to correct demographics and re-bill accurately.
• Address accounts receivable and denials to improve cash flow.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and meet accuracy metrics.
