Job summary

Zeeland Farm Services, Inc. in Zeeland, MI is seeking an Operator, Specialty Meal Loadout for a full-time production position. You will load specialty soy meal into rail containers, trucks, and totes and perform elevator duties.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm with additional hours during harvest. A High School Diploma or GED is required, plus strong attention to quality, safety, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Load specialty soy meal into rail containers, totes, and trucks and operate elevator equipment.
• Inspect and prepare containers to meet quality standards.
• Verify product and container numbers against the bill of lading.
• Record production data and test results as required.
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance per SOPs and policies.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Provide reliable customer service and teamwork in internal/external interactions.
