Job summary

Westland Real Estate Group is seeking a skilled Specialty Maintenance Technician to join our Las Vegas portfolio. You will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensure safety and functionality of units, and support renovations as needed.

The role requires 3–4 years of hands-on experience in residential/commercial settings, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible on-call hours.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting.
• Solid working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Proficient with a wide range of hand and power tools.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call rotations for emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical certifications (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and major repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and building systems run efficiently.
• Handle carpentry, painting, and masonry work to prepare units and maintain property aesthetics.
• Respond to and complete resident work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and repair fixtures, appliances, locks, and windows.
• Document all work performed and maintain records of scheduled maintenance.
• Assist in renovation projects and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
