Mercy is seeking an LPN to utilize the nursing process and provide patient care under supervision. You will coordinate care with other departments and maintain accountability for your patients while meeting state requirements.

The role supports Mercy's commitment to compassionate, high‑quality healthcare, with assignments that may require various certifications and physical demands such as standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent education with licensure.
• Maintain a current LPN license in the hiring state and meet State Board requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Certifications may be required by unit, including ACLS/ALS, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, and others.
• Position may require standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Formation

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Current LPN license in the hiring state

S.T.A.B.L.E. certification (if required)

Other unit-specific certifications as required

IV Certification within 1 year of hire (preferred)
