Mercy is seeking an LPN to provide patient care using the nursing process under supervision. You will maintain accountability for care and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow.

The role requires an LPN license in the state, ability to stand/walk long hours, and lifting up to 50 pounds. BLS certification is required or obtained within 30 days, with potential unit-specific certifications as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state with ability to maintain.
• Experience can be new or experienced LPN.
• Basic Life Support certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Note: unit-specific certifications may be required (ACLS/ALS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., etc).
• IV Certification within 1 year of hire preferred.
