Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse to deliver life-changing care in patients' homes across Wisconsin. You will administer IV infusions and coordinate with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home health.
• Proficient with IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Ability to complete multiple patient visits per week, including some evenings and weekends.

Specialty Infusion Field Nurse - Accredo Specialty Pharmacy

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Ability to do multiple patient visits per week, including some evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.
