Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to perform specialty infusion visits in patients' homes. You will administer IV medications, coordinate with the broader care team, and document patient progress to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in critical or home healthcare, IV skills, and a willingness to travel within a large region. This role offers paid travel, PTO accrual, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.

• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision‑making to achieve optimal outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Ability to do multiple patient visits per week, including some evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 38 - 63 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
