Accredo Specialty Pharmacy in the United States is seeking a dedicated Specialty Infusion Field Nurse to deliver IV medications to patients in their homes, partnering with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.

You will document assessments, coordinate care, and serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates. This field-based role requires autonomy in clinical decisions and travel across a large geographic region.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting is strongly preferred.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,200 - 132,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
