Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Specialty Infusion Field Nurse to administer IV infusion therapies in patients’ homes, working closely with pharmacists and care teams to support overall well-being.

The role requires an active RN license, 1 year in critical or home healthcare, IV infusion proficiency, and a willingness to travel across a large geographic region. Travel and shift flexibility are part of the job.

Specialty Infusion Field Nurse - Accredo Specialty Pharmacy

As a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse, you'll deliver life-changing care while building meaningful relationships and driving positive health outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.

• Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,200 - 132,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
