Whole Foods Market in Nashua, NH seeks a team member for the Specialty department to support product receiving, display maintenance, and customer service. You will handle prepping and selling products while upholding quality standards and safety guidelines.

Formación

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Surprises and delights customers with consistent and delicious food.
• Engages in positive and proactive selling.
• Maintains fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well-stocked.
• Checks product to ensure it meets WFM quality standards.
• Monitors spoilage and supply waste to minimize impact on department expenses.
• Assists with sampling program, keeping sample areas full, clean and appealing.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Ensures temperature, sanitation and logs are completed.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely manner and models suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
• Follows health, safety, Weights and Measures procedures; maintains clean environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
