Surprise and delight customers with consistent and delicious food.
Engage in positive and proactive selling.
Keep cases and shelves clean and well-stocked for appealing displays.
Check product quality against WFM standards.
Monitor spoilage and reduce waste to protect department costs.
Assist with sampling, maintain sample areas clean and inviting.
Maintain back stock in good order.
Communicate market information to customers.
Ensure temperature, sanitation and logs are completed; attend trainings and meetings.
Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to requests.
