Are you a skilled technician looking to elevate your career and showcase your technical expertise? On Site Companies is seeking a Specialty Services Technician to serve as a vital brand ambassador.

In this role, you will do much more than just deliver equipment—you will be our on-site expert, providing exceptional service through the precise installation, troubleshooting, and advanced repair of our specialty fleet.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Advanced Installation & Maintenance: Deliver, setup, and service specialized equipment including fresh flush plumbing systems, advanced climate control units (HVAC), ground heaters, luxury restroom trailers, light towers, and power generators.
• Expert Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and basic carpentry issues directly on-site to ensure optimal, leak-free, and safety-compliant operations.
• Premium Customer Service: Act as the face of the company. Conduct professional system walk-throughs for customers, explain operations, and build positive, lasting relationships.
• Safety & Security Compliance: Maintain a safe workspace, identify site hazards, and secure temporary fencing and equipment setups.

Job Requirements

• Licensing: Valid Driver’s License and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card prior to hire.
• Experience: 1+ years of light maintenance background with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Technical Skills: Basic plumbing (water heaters, leak repair, winterization), basic electrical/HVAC troubleshooting, and basic carpentry (molding/flooring repair).
• Driving Ability: Confident maneuvering and pulling a trailer both forward and backward.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Outdoor Elements: Comfortable working independently outdoors across all four seasons.
• Mobility: Ability to walk on uneven terrain and work within tight trailer spaces.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and push/pull up to 100 lbs frequently (and up to 150 lbs occasionally).
• Vehicle Activity: Safely driving a vehicle for 5+ hours a day and climbing in/out of large trucks (Ford 550 size.)
