Job summary

Sierra Pacific Windows in Medford, Wisconsin is seeking qualified Specialty Fabricators to setup and operate moulders and perform painting and coating tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

The position offers training and internal advancement, a competitive hourly wage of $23.49 to $27.09 plus a $1,500 hiring bonus, and strong health, retirement, and vacation benefits.

Qualifications

• Recent, related work history with verifiable references.
• Familiarity with various species of wood and aluminum profiles.
• Ability to read tape measure, caliper, and drawings.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate moulders and other machines as required for production.
• Perform painting duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Clean and maintain powder coating equipment as appropriate.
• Maintain proper recordkeeping and quality control.
• Test and maintain proper chemical levels for pretreatment.
• Inventory nozzles and all parts.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.

Currently, our Windows division in Medford, Wisconsin, a growing, major window and door manufacturer with manufacturing facilities located in Alabama, California, and Wisconsin, is seeking qualified Specialty Fabricators to work collaboratively with our division.


About the Position

• Setup and operate moulders and other machines as required for production
