Under the supervision of the local General Maintenance Manager, you will follow maintenance schedules, conduct inspections, and perform repairs and cleaning of facilities and equipment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $45,760 - $83,200
• Sign-on Bonus: $2,000 (select locations)
• Additional bonuses may be offered during the interview process.

Essential Functions

• Maintain and repair facilities and equipment using multiple craft skills.
• Use work order systems for reactive repairs and documentation.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect and test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete necessary training for safe operation of tools and equipment.

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Comfortable working in various temperatures.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• Vocational or technical certification and 1 year of related trade experience, or 2 years of total work experience in trades such as plumbing, electrical, or material handling.
