Job summary

Rovensa Next, the Rovensa Group’s global business unit, seeks a Portfolio Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and commercial execution for specialty crops in the U.S. and Canada.

You will drive go-to-market plans, product positioning, and collaboration with marketing, technical, and sales teams. You will translate scientific data into compelling marketing messages, manage budgets, and support launches and expansions across distributor, PCA, and grower channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agronomy, Crop Science, Pomology, Viticulture, Agricultural Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of product marketing, brand management, product management, or commercial marketing experience within the agricultural inputs industry.
• Proven success translating technical, agronomic, or scientific data into customer-focused marketing strategies, messaging, and commercial programs.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies across distributor, retailer, PCA, and grower channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and commercial execution for Rovensa Next's specialty crop portfolio in the U.S. and Canada.
• Develop and execute portfolio growth strategies to protect and expand market share.
• Identify portfolio expansion opportunities through market analysis and grower insights.
• Monitor acreage trends and market dynamics to optimize portfolio focus and marketing investment.
• Translate data into credible product claims and messaging for growers, PCAs, distributors, and retailers.
• Develop positioning and value propositions tailored to channel partners.
• Ensure marketing claims are sound and compliant with regulations.
