Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of Specialty Court participants including screenings and intakes.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with community agencies for access to treatment, housing, and education.
• Serve as liaison among judges, attorneys, court staff, providers, and partners to coordinate services.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in the case management system and prepare reports.
• Some overnight travel is required.
• Other duties as assigned.
