Delta-T Group is seeking a Specialty Courts Case Manager in Center City Philadelphia. You will travel between your office, various courtrooms, and police districts to provide case management for chemically dependent participants involved in the criminal justice system.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in behavioral health and criminal justice settings, with strong public speaking skills. Weekly pay and scheduling flexibility are available within a community-based environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, psychology, social work, sociology, counseling.
• Minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health services.
• 2 years experience working with adult addictions population.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience working within the criminal justice system.
• Ability to engage with adults dealing with addictions.
• Experience with public speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Provide case management services to chemically dependent program participants involved in the criminal justice system.
• Complete social determinants of health/behavioral health screenings for warm hand-offs to treatment and other social services.
• Case management services include resource coordination and monitoring attendance at behavioral health treatment programs.
• Travel to police districts, Family Court, and Juanita Stout Criminal Justice Center to attend hearings and meet participants.
• Monitor appropriateness of participants' level of care and advocate for change if needed.
• Other duties as assigned

One of our clients is seeking a Specialty Courts Case Manager in the Center City area of Philadelphia. This opportunity is NOT totally hybrid nor remote, however you will travel between your office and various court rooms and police districts in the city.

8:30 am- 5:00 pm Monday - Friday

• \"Provide case management services to chemically dependent program participants involved in the criminal justice system.
