Job summary

Nordstrom in the United States is seeking a Manager in Training to lead a unit, coach and mentor a team, and drive outstanding customer experiences while aligning with store strategy.

You will complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program, hire and motivate a crew, and help maintain productivity and cost control while keeping customers happy. The role offers a competitive pay range of $43,500 to $70,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
