Job summary

Nordstrom in the United States is looking for a Manager in Training to learn store operations through a comprehensive program and to develop leadership capabilities for a future management path.

You will hire, train and coach a crew, drive exceptional customer service, and support store goals by maintaining productivity and cost control while following company procedures.
