Job summary

Nordstrom in San Francisco is seeking a Manager in Training to lead a store unit, acting as coach, mentor and customer experience guru while driving business results.

You’ll complete a comprehensive training program, hire and develop a team of pros, implement the store strategy, uphold procedures and keep productivity high while costs stay down. The role requires flexibility, a passion for exceptional service and a readiness to learn every facet of store operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge about fresh beverages and quality food; eager to learn more.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Thrived in a fast-paced environment; willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Food handler’s card required where applicable by local/state regulations.
• Strong communication skills and basic accounting skills.
• 2+ years in coffee bar management (Specialty Coffee only).
• 2+ years in full service, upscale restaurant management (Restaurant only).

• A food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
• Solid communications skills and basic accounting skills
• Specialty Coffee only: Been there and done that for 2+ years in coffee bar management
• Restaurant only: Been there and done that for 2+ years in full service, upscale restaurant management

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$48,000.00 - $77,000.00 Annual
