Caffe Luxxe in Gardena, CA is hiring an entry level Fulfillment Assistant to join our coffee roastery. You will support order processing, packing, and warehouse upkeep in a fast-growing, family-oriented company. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a Mon-Fri schedule (roughly 7:30am–4pm).

You will pick and pack items, prepare shipments, and help maintain inventory and warehouse cleanliness. Founded in 2006, Caffe Luxxe crafts high-quality coffee for our cafes and wholesale

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack warehouse items for online purchases and wholesale orders.
• Prepare and stage packages for shipping and delivery; weigh, seal, sticker, print materials.
• Package roasted coffee and tea for retail, online, and wholesale orders.
• Assist supervisor in maintaining inventory and warehouse efficiency; ensure accuracy.
• Perform inventory and cycle counts as instructed by supervisor.
• Drive delivery routes as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and packaging areas.

Fulfillment Assistant - Coffee Roastery

Caffe Luxxe is looking for an entry level fulfillment assistant to join our team at our coffee roastery in Gardena.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This person will assist the Production Supervisor with tasks associated with order processing, fulfillment, and warehouse upkeep.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick and pack warehouse items for online purchases and wholesale orders in our warehouse and production facility.
• Prepare and stage packages for shipping and delivery; including but not limited to weighing, sealing, stickering, printing materials, and processing.
• Package roasted coffee and tea for retail, online purchases, and wholesale orders in our production facility.
• Assist supervisor in maintaining inventory and operational efficiency of the warehouse; check items in and out of inventory, ensuring full accuracy and quality assurance.
• Perform full inventory and cycle counts as instructed by supervisor.
• Drive delivery routes as assigned.
• Maintaining continuous communication with the supervisor for status updates.
• Upkeep and maintenance of warehouse and production/packaging area (i.e. cleaning, sweeping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Additional duties as assigned.

LOCATION

This position is based in Gardena at our roasting facility.

SALARY

The position is full-time 40 hrs/wk. You must be flexible for any shift Mon-Fri (likely schedule will be 7:30am-4pm, M-F). Entry salary is $18-20 DOE, with opportunities for growth and development.
