Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient, collect data, and perform testing to prepare patient for physician visit.
• Maintain patient flow through the clinic.
• Forward test results and documentation to physician for review; execute orders as received.
• Notify patient of test results and ensure appropriate follow up per protocol.
• Timely response of all patient care inquiries.
• Complete patient refills as requested by patient and pharmacy, ensuring labs ordered per protocol.
• Patient and family/caregiver education.
