Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor of Nursing required.
• TN RN license upon hire.
• CPR certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient, collect data, and perform testing to prepare for physician visit.
• Maintain patient flow through the clinic.
• Forward test results and documentation to physician for review; execute orders; notify patient of results and ensure follow up.
• Respond promptly to all patient care inquiries.
• Complete patient refills as requested, ensuring labs are ordered per protocol.
• Educate patients and families.

Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. You'll passionately advocate for your team, translating their insights into actionable strategies that uplift both staff and patient experiences. Pay Range

$27.97 - $41.60 /hour
