PK Property Services, LLC is looking for a Specialty Cleaning Technician.

This great position is a full-time, 2nd shift Monday through Friday, 8-hour a day, and may require working some weekends.

The Specialty Cleaning Technician's main responsibility is to manage the daily operation of specific contract services delivered to customers in a timely and quality manner. The duties of this job include but are not limited to:

• Strip and wax VCT floors
• Refinish hardwood flooring

Must have a valid driver's license and be flexible with the scheduled start time anywhere from 4 PM and up (until work is done).

Qualifications:

• Possess and maintain valid appropriate certifications and licenses, as stipulated by the customer facility
• Ability to operate minor equipment
• Be able to read and understand instructions associated with the equipment
• Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
