Accountable Custodial & Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a skilled Specialty Cleaning Technician to perform advanced cleaning services across commercial, government, medical, and residential properties throughout Western Washington.

This role requires technical expertise, safety consciousness, and the ability to deliver exceptional results on specialized cleaning projects. Key responsibilities include window washing up to 15 stories, pressure washing, carpet cleaning with EPA Safer Choice products,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of specialty cleaning experience preferred.
• Proven ability in at least 2-3 specialty services (window washing, pressure washing, floor care).
• Ability to work at heights & in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs & perform repetitive motions.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform window washing up to 15 stories.
• Execute pressure washing for buildings, sidewalks, parking lots, & exterior surfaces.
• Conduct carpet cleaning using EPA Safer Choice certified products.
• Provide floor services including scrubbing, stripping, waxing, & restoration.
• Complete roof & gutter cleaning.
• Perform HVAC cleaning & maintenance.
• Execute high dusting for ceilings, vents, light fixtures, & hard-to-reach areas.
• Operate aerial lifts & specialized equipment safely.
