Job summary

Squeegee Squad Seattle & Bellevue is seeking experienced window cleaning technicians for interior and exterior work, including high-rise projects in the Seattle-Bellevue area. The team handles commercial buildings, multifamily properties, and specialized-access projects with emphasis on safety and quality.

Candidates should have prior professional window cleaning experience; SPRAT/IRATA certification is preferred, and high-rise/rope-access experience is highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous professional window cleaning experience is required.
• SPRAT or IRATA certification preferred.
• High-rise, rope-access, or suspended-access experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with rigging and fall-protection systems preferred.
• Experience operating elevated work platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety protocols for working at heights and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional interior and exterior window cleaning.
• Perform commercial and high-rise window cleaning.
• Perform rope-access and suspended-access window cleaning based on training and qualifications.
• Safely perform high-rise rigging, rope setup, and equipment setup as authorized.
• Use traditional window-cleaning equipment, water-fed pole systems, ladders, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, and other professional equipment.
• Inspect safety equipment before use and maintain safe work zones around buildings.
• Follow site-specific safety plans and supervisor instructions.
