Job summary

Exceptional Medical Transportation is hiring a Specialty Care Transport Unit Registered Nurse (SCTU RN) for overnight full-time work in West Berlin, NJ. The role covers continued critical care during patient transport, maintaining equipment readiness, and adhering to health protocols.

Required are an NJ RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 1 year of CCU or equivalent experience; EMT certification is preferred. Night shift differential applies, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ RN license required and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
• Minimum of one year of critical care nursing experience.
• Active EMT certification preferred; TNCC/CERN/CCRN encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide continued critical care during patient transport.
• Operate ALS equipment and ensure bags are stocked.
• Maintain safety standards and complete SCTU documentation.
• Assess and manage patient airway, monitoring, and therapies as ordered.
