Job summary

Aptive Resources, LLC is seeking a full-time Program Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs by managing contract administration, meeting support, and program analytics to ensure VA standards are met.

The role involves preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations; coordinating stakeholder meetings; and validating performance metrics and program evaluations. A BA/BS and 3 years of healthcare program experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in program planning, audits and evaluations related to healthcare programs.
• Experience with program analysis, including strategic planning and financial management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract management support, including administration meetings and maintenance of contract artifacts
• Assist in preparing reports, managing project schedules, and developing program artifacts such as dashboards and presentations
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and support data collection and validation for performance metrics and program evaluations
