Job summary

Aptive, based in Alexandria, VA, seeks a Data Analyst to support the VA VHA SCPO. You will develop models, dashboards, and reports using Pyramid Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI to guide program direction and data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes data integration with VA systems, improving data quality, and providing training materials and ongoing support to users across the contract team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years of data analysis experience.
• Experience obtaining data through models, extrapolating patterns, and creating visuals.
• Experience with VA information systems or healthcare data is preferred.
• Proficiency with Tableau and/or Power BI and Pyramid Analytics; ability to present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop computerized models, queries, and visualizations to inform program direction.
• Create dashboards and reports that integrate with VA datasets and systems.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and efficient data flows across tools.
• Produce administrator and end-user guides and provide training and support.
