Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN or LPN license in Florida.
• 3+ years of experience in a specialty care center or related setting.
• CPR/BLS Healthcare Provider Certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical team members in the Care Center and ensure patient-centered care.
• Maintain payroll, overtime, PTO schedules, and staff work rosters for clinical staff.
• Oversee nursing care and ensure compliance with regulations, quality assurance, confidentiality, and records.
• Provide disciplinary actions in collaboration with Human Resources and maintain staff records.
• Direct supervision of nurses and clinical staff for patient assessment and treatment.
• Serve as a problem-solving resource to staff on patient issues and trends.
• Ensure staff training in quality assurance and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Medical and Center leadership on mission, goals, budget and quality plans.
• Communicate with clinical and clerical teams to support a patient-centered practice.
