Job summary

Wilson Tool Canada in White Bear Lake, MN is seeking a Specials CAM Programmer on 2nd shift to program customer orders across multiple machines using Gibbs CAM. The role focuses on engineered-to-order processes and continuous improvement within the standards area.

You will collaborate with Press Brake engineers and production teams, develop CNC programs, optimize toolpaths, and contribute to efficiency and cost reduction initiatives. Training will be provided for new equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of programming with a CAM system.
• Willing to take Gibbs milling courses.
• Previous experience on Lathes, Mills, and Grinders.
• Macro programming experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and multi-axis operations.
• Develop toolpaths to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve processes.
• Maintain CNC program documentation and production reports.
• Prepare for new equipment integration and post settings via CAD/CAM.
• Train area staff on new equipment and processes.
