Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor for Clinique to maximize fragrance, skincare, and color product sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will engage guests, perform makeup applications, and support in-store events to meet sales goals.

Role requires passion for beauty, strong guest service, and brand knowledge with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law.
• Excellent guest service and ability to learn product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to store goals across retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage every guest, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events to deliver an outstanding guest experience while achieving sales goals.
• Maintain store standards and replenishment, ensure testers are available and hygiene standards are met.
