Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor for Clinique to maximize sales by engaging guests, performing makeup applications, and guiding product selections. You will support store events and loyalty initiatives while maintaining excellent guest relationships and adherence to brand standards.

The role emphasizes service, product knowledge, and the ability to drive Clinique brand performance in a fast-paced retail setting. A flexible schedule and ongoing brand trainings are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to store goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events to deliver guest experience and sales.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and a growing Clinique client list, with follow-up on inquiries.
• Inform guests of promotions, events, and services in-store.
• Stay informed on new products and benefits to better assist guests.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
