$19.20 - $20.10 plus tips

The Alamo Bar Crew are masters of mixology, delighting guests with craft cocktails, freshly poured draft beer (local and craft-heavy), shakes, sodas, and other beverages ordered in the theater, while prioritizing safety. They are excellent multi-taskers, capable of working in fast-paced environments with attention to detail and quality.

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain the highest safety standards, following all protocols to keep teams and guests healthy; be knowledgeable about all Alamo policies and procedures.
• Prepare guest drink tickets based on operational processes, focusing on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Utilize tools such as jiggers, measures, spoons, shakers, and others as required by protocols.
• Communicate needs, concerns, and important points regularly with teammates and managers.
• Clean, prepare, organize, and maintain the bar area as needed.
• Support the delivery of food and beverage orders as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in high-volume food production preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable wearing face coverings at all times.
• Ability to operate in dimly lit and loud environments with caution.
• Active alcohol and food handler certifications as required by the state.
• A passion for cinephiles is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift up to 50 lbs and transport kegs weighing up to 130 lbs.
• Stand for long periods.
• Operate in dimly lit and loud environments cautiously.
