BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Customer service focus, integrity, honesty, positive attitude, reliability, eagerness to contribute and strong work ethic required
2. Strong experience and understanding of restaurant general management, including daily operations, labor/scheduling, ownership and delivery of your P & L, hiring and training, health and safety
3. Sincere interest to learn about and/or appreciation for specialty coffee, local wine and live music
4. Innate focus on overall detail and quality of our business, take pride in your work and have a get the job done mentality
5. Natural ability to engage with and understand our guests, discover and respond to their needs
6. Be driven to work side by side with, care for and support our current and future LGCRC team
