Job summary

Boyd Gaming is seeking a bartender to craft classic cocktails and creative non-alcoholic drinks for guests in a fast-paced casino bar, delivering consistent quality.

You will master signature recipes, handle cash transactions, restock supplies, and keep the bar clean while engaging guests with warmth.

Requirements: 21+ years old; prior bartending experience preferred; strong customer service and communication; ability to stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and obtain licenses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous bartender experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

• Be the friendly face behind the bar—greet guests with genuine warmth and engage in great conversations that make their experience memorable.
• Stay ahead of the game by preparing requisitions and orders for bar stock to keep supplies flowing.
• Keep the ice supply fresh and ready so you never miss a beat during service.
