Responsibilities

• Craft and serve beverages from customers and cocktail servers, including classic cocktails and creative non-alcoholic drinks.
• Master signature recipes and mix beverages with flair and precision.
• Serve drinks with style following service procedures.
• Process transactions at the cash register accurately and manage cash.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and restock as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversations.
• Prepare requisitions/orders for bar stock to keep supplies flowing.
• Maintain ice supply to avoid service interruptions.

• Work the cash register like a pro—process transactions smoothly, keep your bank accurate, and handle the financial side with confidence.
• Keep the bar looking sharp and inviting by clearing used glasses, wiping down surfaces, restocking napkins, and maintaining a spotless workspace.
• Be the friendly face behind the bar—greet guests with genuine warmth and engage in great conversations that make their experience memorable.
• Stay ahead of the game by preparing requisitions and orders for bar stock to keep supplies flowing.
• Keep the ice supply fresh and ready so you never miss a beat during service.
