• This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
• Maintains a professional appearance at all times, clean and well-groomed as per standard.

• Provides friendly, quick and professional service to guests and co-workers.
• Mixes and prepares drink orders, according to Hollywood’s standards, garnish properly.
• Accurately operates cash register by ringing in all transactions, accepts payment and provides change.
• Requests stock and checks bar to monitor stock levels.
• Maintains cleanliness of bar and station.
• Follows safety rules.
• Be able to answer questions when asked about Hollywood operations.
• Prepares bars for the following shift by completing opening and closing duties.
• Notifies Supervisor if a guest appears intoxicated.
• Notifies Management of equipment problems.

• Performs all opening and closing duties.
• Attends all staff briefings and meetings.

• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent is required with a thorough knowledge of mixing drinks. 6 months minimum bartending experience is preferred. You must be at least 21 years of age. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members. Must understand and speak the English language.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other cast members of the organization. Must be able to read, write, and speak English and have good verbal communicating skills.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
