Job summary

Ulta Beauty seeks a MAC Specialty Artist to maximize MAC brand sales by engaging guests, performing personalized makeup applications, and mentoring guests with product knowledge in our Westwood, MA location. You will support the Experience Manager and collaborate with store teams to deliver exceptional service and events.

The role requires professional makeup artistry, strong guest service, and the ability to communicate product benefits while maintaining store standards and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Build and maintain a strong guest relationship base.
• Provide personalized makeup demonstrations and lessons.
• Stay informed on promotions and brand initiatives.
• Assist in in-store events and promotions for MAC and Ulta Beauty.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish testers per hygiene standards.
