Ulta Beauty is hiring a Specialty Artist for the MAC brand to maximise sales by engaging guests, understanding needs, and guiding them to the right cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products.

The role requires professional makeup artistry, exceptional guest service, and strong knowledge of MAC and Ulta Beauty offerings. You will support events and drive sales while upholding store standards and brand image.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry and sales experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build and maintain guest relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; multitask in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests, recommend products and services.
• Conduct makeup demonstrations, lessons, and skincare analyses.
