Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales experience with top results in individual performance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer use and experience with cash registers.
• Ability to stand most of the time on the sales floor or in the warehouse.
• Bilingual abilities.
• Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Build connections with customers to sustain positive interactions.
• Uphold customer service initiatives aligned with company standards.
• Assist with processing, restocking merchandise, and inventory monitoring.
• Support floor merchandising, display maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Organize the warehouse with labeling and orderly placement.
• Lead store opening/closing procedures when management is absent.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team.
